Customize Outlook Today - Doesn't Work

Clicking on: "Customize Outlook Today", does not not open customization window.

Zip, zero, notta.

Would someoneplease point me to the knowlege base article to fix? I've searched under "Customize Outlook", and don't see it in the results. I know there is a KB article on this somewhere.
