Customize Outlook Today Button is not working

Hi,

I am going into my Outlook Today folder and clicking the Customize outlook
Today button in order to tell it not to display certain things. However,
when I click on the button, I am getting no response; nothing is happening.
Is there a way around this, I.E., another way to access the customize
outlook today options, or does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
