Customize Outlook Today Button does not Work!

Can anyone tell me why the Customize Outlook Today button
does not work?

It worked fine until one day, after I finished installing
my "Critical Updates".

Please help, as I don't like paying $500.00 Freakin'
dollars for a program to stop working...
