Customize Outlook authentication dialog

Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to customize the outlook
authentication dialog box, or to create a custom dialog box which will appear
before the user logs in ? I have searched the outlook group policy extensions
but can't find anything relevant there.
 
No, it's not customizable.
