customize display hour... possible?

right now, outlook is displaying 24 hours, just wondering is possible to to
customize the hours so that I can eliminate the hours that i spend is bed,
and have only the working hours. That way I can a more detailed time scale.
(from 30mins to 15mins)

You mean in the Calendar?
Why not change you time scale and ignore the scrolling bar?

You can change the highlighted hours by going to;
Tools-> Options...-> button Calendar Options...
