Display Time next to each increment of time on Calendar

On either the Day or Week View, Outlook calendar shows the time increments
but only displays the Time (9am) next to hourly increments. (Regardless of
what time increment I have it set at 15min, 30min, etc.)

Is it possible to get it display atleast the half hour increments as well
(8:30)
