customize application

i have windows 2003 server with terminal services mode. i want to only give
access to certain application only for e.g office and adobe acrobat. No other
access means control panel options etc.
How to best cuztomize?

You can use a Group Policy to lock down your TS.

Or, if you want a native Windows solution, create a customized
redirected desktop and start menu, with only shortcuts to the
applications you want to make available, and use NTFS permissions
on the filesystem.

environment to prevent access to any apps you don't specify.
