ive just getting this computer and want to erase all
other users except me how do i do that thanks

You cannot do this. The users LOCAL SERVICE and NETWORK SERVICE are
needed for internal purposes. Also the ADMINISTRATOR user should not
be deleted to be able to start Windows if your original user account
is screwed up.
 
You can remove 'users' who are created by previous owners, but avoid certain
'system' default users which cannot be altered.

There is a 'Guest' account: 'Administrator' account and others.

To delete those such as 'Jane Smith': 'Hawkeye': 'My Name'
Start>Control Panel>User Accounts
