I am trying to create a webstore where customers can save their data (such as
credit card info, saved items such as a "wish list", etc.). How do I create
a form where they can create thier own username and password that when they
log in will retrieve this information from the database and allow them to
change it? I have a secure certificate, so the site will be secured on the
server.

Consider using a pre-design shopping cart application, as there is a lot involved in setting a up a
ecommerce web site.
