How can i make OE recognize a custom
URL protocol, so while reading an e-mail i
can click such a link as myproto://my.resurce
in the text of the e-mail and OE starts some
application/component registered
as the handler for "myproto" ?

It's pretty straightforward int the
case of windows explorer: a key named
after the proto name must be crated
under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT int the registry,
and i can type my custom url in the start/run
window, but i'd like also OE to recognize the new
url protocol.
