Hi, Peter,

The only way I could fool Excel into sorting 'All other'
to last was to place a white-font-colored 'Z' in front
making 'ZAll other' - the Z is invisible.

There has to be a more logical way, however..

I have built a pivot table and have it sorted in market
share order. However, I have an "All other" category
which has a significant percentage, but I want it to
always appear last irrespective of its percentage order.
How do I get it to appear last?

I figured it out, you have to turn off the auto sort, move the desired row to the end using a sort command (move to end) then do a data sort command with all the other rows (exlcuding the one you want last.)
