Custom sized envelopes 6.5x4.75

Why do I get "print area outside margins" and print "illegal source media"
when I set up 6.5" by 4.75'"custom envelope. Print review and margin map
indicate all is correct? I have landscape and .5" margins set up.
 
Word relies heavily on the printer driver to format a document and is poor
with custom paper sizes. use the next larger standard page size and adjust
the work area with the margins.
