Custom paper size problem

My company implemented SAP.
In computer that uses Windows XP for Windows 2000 with printer EPSON LQ2170
or LQ2180 (wide paper), I can not find the custom paper size, in Windows
95/98 there is no problem. How can I customized the paper size in Windows
XP/2000?

It's a function of the printer driver. Not all drivers have the same
functionality in XP as in 95/98. Check the Epson web site for an
updated driver.

Then it's a feature they didn't put in the driver. Contact epson
support for help.
