Custom Forms for Outlook

I created a custom form with multi-pages (tabbed behind an email). I would
like for users to be able to view the same pages when the original form is
replied upon. Is this possible?
 
It's possible only if you're all in the same Exchange organization, you can
publish the form to the Organizational Forms library, and you make your
published form the reply form on the (Actions) page of your custom form.
