Custom Form for Public Folder Cache Issue

Hi,

Whenever I update a custom form for a Public Folder titled 'Butterfly' for
instance, my users do NOT see the newly updated form. Just the old one. I
assume this is a caching issue, but I do not know how to resolve it.

Any ideas?
