custom fields in Business Contact Manager

Since I can't add custom fields to my business contact manager - which
renders the BCM utterly useless for me - I'm at a loss. How do you deal with
custom fields?
Any creative or useful suggestions would be appreciated.

As mentioned by you, BCM does not support customization of the forms and
neither is there any available workaround for the same.
However, the customization is anyways on the wish-list for future versions
of BCM.
