Custom Doc Properties

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can perform
if/then/else statements on Custom Doc Properties.

What I need is the mailmerge functionality made available
for field codes....any advice greatfully appreciated.
 
You'll need to explain more about what you're trying to do. Is this a VBA
task, or just field functions?

Within VBA you can do If/then/else on custom properties in the same way as
any other variables. But where does the MailMerge come in?
