Custom Color Dialog

When I try to create custom colors using the color dialog, I can only enter
two (2) digits into the text boxes for hue, saturation, luminesence, red,
green, and blue. I should be able to enter three (3) digits in each text box.

I would assume that the format of the input box is expecting a hex
number - i.e. 256=FF
