Color dialog problem

I have a problem with Standart Color dialog (Windows XP Pro SP2). When I want
to manualy enter RGB values I can only enter two digits rather than three.
And it looks like input area is shifted right. The same thing is for HSL
fields.
Any ideas?

All of a sudden, I'm having the same problem. Were you ever able to figure
out how to fix it?

Now I am sure that nobody can solve this problem. I did see several threads
in the newsgroups related to this problem. One guy even wanted to kill
sombody. Guys from MSFT asked questions like "how many beeps you hear when
trying to input 1234 into the RGBs fields" But everithing is hopless...
I live with tis problem 6 month...
