The ChooseColor common dialog (comdlg32.dll) that is used by many graphics
applications including MSPaint won't allow me to enter 3-digit (0-255) values
for RGB or HSL and the text boxes for these values are no longer sized to
display 3 digits. These fields will hold 3-digit values using the scroll
mechanisms, but you can only type 2 digits. My guess is that it would be a
video problem, but I have only one set of drivers available to me for this
notebook pc. I'm running XP Home Edition with SP2 applied.
