Custom Appointment Form Send Button "greyed out"

Hi all,

I have created a pretty simple Appointment form, however, I am unable to
send the completed form.

I have added a To, From, CC field, as well as a subject, but can still not
have the option to send the form.

Any ideas?

Me again,

Figured it out.....

For all newbie's, this is the reason why....

You will see the button marked Invite Attendees, select that, and then the
send button will be available.

Cheers
