In outlook contacts, I created a new contact group and wanted to add
different address fields other than Home Business Other in the Data Entry
Secton.
I wanted to have Unit Address, Home address, other.
I want to create custom views so I Can see who in my strata are rentals, who
are owners, and use cards to mail merge address into to the postal address
from the card. I cant seem to work out how to make these changes.

Tools->Forms->Design a Form. Select Contacts. Note- you cannot change the
first page of the contact form. You will need to use another page.

Actually, the first page of the contact form has been customizable since Outlook 98, but it has side effects. However, you cannot add more address fields, at least not to have them function just like the built-in ones. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/contactform.htm

You might want to use categories to distinguish rental units from owners.

Thanks for that correction, Sue. As you can see, I am a terrible forms
designer, except for appointment items.
