CurXP.dll Warning

I have XP PRO with 5 user accouts. Two Computer Admins and three limited accounts. When one of the limited account users logs into that account a Warning error pops up saying "Can't find CurXP1.dll". I have tried to search to find out what this error is but to no avail, I can't find anything. This does not happen on any other user account. Anyone in here have and idea that maybe able to help me?
 
Update: Antivirus, Windows. Install Adaware and Spybot.

Hi,
Is he using cursor xp?Check that.
Also Scan your system with latest virus definitioned antivirus,spybot
search and destroy as well as adaware.
