Cursor's pop-up window

You know the little pop-up window you get if you leave
your cursor on an icon (it tells you what the icon is)?
Can anyone tell me how to turn that off? It's driving me
crazy. Thanks!

Search Windows 2000 Help for the following topic and follow the steps except click to
clear the check box.

"To show pop-up descriptions for folder and desktop items"
