cursor size

If you go into the control panel, there is a mouse option under Printers and
Other Hardware. If you go in here and go to the Pointers tab, you can select
a different mouse pointer.

Description
Specifies the width of the blinking caret.

Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry. You can add it by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.
