Cursor Problems

When I point to anything with my cursor...the hourglass flickers on and
off....this just started happening today. The hourglass usually flickers or
remains at a standstill when the computer is waiting for something, ie: a web
page to open. Any suggestions? I'm GOING MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Start by making sure your machine is completely virus/malware free, if
it is, then try updating your graphics drivers
