cursor keys

Using my cursor keys used to make the next cell the active cell. Now it is
scrolling through the worksheet. I've looked through all the menus, and
cannot find what settings/options I need to change. Let me know. TIA
 
Turn off all of the transition option, name transition navigation:
Tools, Optons, Transition (tab), ...
 
Turn off Scoll Lock mode.

Tap ScrLk on keyboard.
