Cursor in First Field in Form

I created a template for a fill-in form where the cursor was in the first
fillable field when the form opened. After making a couple of adjustments
and resaving my form it now opens with the cursor in a field in the middle of
form. I have tried everything I can think of to get it back to opening with
the cursor in the first field but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help?
