Cursor floats around the screen in all applications. I am
running windows 2000 Professional. What to do?

Hi David,

Start by checking to see if this is a video issue. Try loading the VGA
driver and test. If the issue is not video related, I would upgrade the
mouse driver. Also boot the system in safe mode and test.
