Cursor creator requested

Hi all,

I'm looking for a program to create cursors and save them to a .cur file.
There must be a freeware one out there.
Any recommendations ?

Thanks Bill, it was what I was looking for, however I just found LiquidIcon
XP Editor on:

only 368 kb stand-alone which does save as .cur.
PixelToolbox is a great program though, thanks again.
