Current date and time in Outlook are wrong -- how to reset them?

When I got a responding email recently, possibly with the answer, there
wasn't any content on the web link that I was referred to. (My browser works
for everything else.) Now the date has also since begun to read a day AHEAD
-- and the time is still an hour BEHIND the actual Sent and/or Receive time,
even when the time in my computer is correct.

Please tell me again and put the explicit answer in a direct email if
necessary.

Where do I find that? (btw I did change the date back on the computer) now I
only need to correct the time stamp.

I got another message in my email but the link referred to is blank as is the
"click this link if problems" website!

Double-click the clock in the Windows Taskbar. Outlook doesn't keep track of
time on its own. It uses whatever Windows tells it.
