CTRL+F

Sometimes when I click CTR+F to find text in the page, my search window pops
up. I would like to keep this from happening. Any ideas?

Any chance that you're hitting the Windows Key and F? That's a
built-in shortcut.

No chance....my Windows Key is on the upper right hand side of my keyboard.
It seems as if the search window (the IE search window, not the Windows
Search window) pops up occasionally. I usually click somewhere on the
screen, and hit CTRL+F again, and it works. Any other ideas?

Your WinKey, wherever it/they may be, may be sticking. Gently pry it off
and clean out the gunk under and inside of it.
