Thanks to Frank Saunders for your response. I couldn't
follow through because I only have 2 options in my
AutoComplete folder: Default, and "AutoSuggest"="no".

What should I do to access these options below?
"Append Completion"="yes"
"Use AutoComplete"="yes"

----------------------------
Frank's response:
Using Regedit, browse to the following registry key and
make sure the noted setting is correct:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersio
n\Explorer\AutoComplete]
"Append Completion"="yes"

also see the following values:

"Use AutoComplete"="yes"
"AutoSuggest"="no"

Right click in the right pane and select New | String Value and add them.
