ctrl+alt+del

I noticed a couple days ago that when I press
ctrl+alt+del, the window that opens doesn't show how it
used to. Now it only shows the bottom part of it. Doesn't
show the menu, neither the tabs it used to. Is there a
way to fix that?

If you don't understand what am I asking, send me an e-
mail and I will e-mail a print screen of it.
