ctrl-alt-del

I cannot get past the Welcome screen where you press the
ctrl-alt-del to get to the logon screen. Can anyone help?

Is your keyboard working? :-P More often than not, simple things like
this are the culprit when users can't do things on their computer. Try
disconnecting/reconnecting it, and try booting in safe mode (by
pressing/holding [F8] while the first Windows 2000 progress bar is showing,
or your boot menu), then making sure you have the appropriate drivers
installed for your keyboard, if any.
