Ctrl Alt Del Doesn't work to startup my pc

Hi guys,

I have some problem to enter to win2000
1.- Switch on the machine
2.- Login Window appears and ask me for Ctrl-Alt-Del
3.- I press Ctrl-Alt-Del
4.- ... nothing occurs ...

I tested the keyboard with another machine and work
normally. I tested another keyboard in this machine and
occurs the same.

However The Return and escape keys work fine. The mouse
work fine too.

Please help
