CTRL+ALT+DEL DOES NOT FUNCTION.

KEYBOARD WORKS FINE. TRIED IT ON ANOTHER MACHINE. SYSTEM WAS SCANNED FOR VIRUS'ES WITH NO VIRUS'ES PRESENT. HOWEVER WHEN I HIT CNTRL ALT DELETE, TASK MANAGER DOESNOT OPEN. CAN YOU PLEASE.............................HELP ME.
