Ctrl Alt Del default action

When Ctrl Alt Del keys are pressed, does it bring up the Task manager?
 
This is on Windows XP, when Use Logon Screen is selected in User Account.

Otherwis, it would display just like in Win2000.

It depends on how you have the system setup. Either task manager
displays or the Windows Security Center.
