Ctrl+Alt+Del Behaviour

Under WinXP, pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del will bring up the Task
Manager by default. I believe that it is possible to bring up
the "classic" 6-button panel instead, as under WinNT/2000.
How is this done?

Thank you Bruce for that answer. This have been puzzeling me since I started to use XP for about a year ago. It feels good to know. Thanx again.
