how do I save to hard disk a CSV file. In Windows 98 when
I did it they asked me if I wanted to "open or save to
disk" but XP doesn't do that. What do I do??

Save from where?

Tried right-clicking on the link to the file? A SAVE AS choice may then
appear.

Just save the file as *,csv with whatever name you choose. A csv
file is normally a comma delimited file that can be read by MS Excel
or if you're not importing it to a spreadsheet, you can open it with
notepad.exe.
