Oh man, I am addicted to you guys now!
One more Question...
How do I save a workbook as a csv so that when it opens in word it ha
quotation marks surrounding each value?
Kinda like this... Well in that format anyways

"RECORDER ID"," DATE"," HOUR"," IN"," UN"," INTSTAT" ,"
KW","CHNSTAT"," KVAR","CHNSTAT"," "," " ," "," "

"0010000000000 ",040201,0100,00," KW"," ", 01964.579," ",
.000," ", .000," ", .000," "

"0010000000000 ",040201,0200,00," KW"," ", 01964.579," ",
.000," ", .000," ", .000," "

Any takers? I know that u can make just a comma seperated file but thi
needs to have those quotation marks- and im not sure how you do it bu
I know there is a way!
Thanks in advanced all.

Your reply is singularly unhelpful.

Which is it - it doesn't run or it doesn't create the file? Are you not
sure if it doesn't run?

If it doesn't run, where did you put it and how are you starting it?

If it does run but doesn't create the file, where are you looking? did
you change the filename/directory?

It runs fine here.
