csharphttp not working, IE/FF are fine

Hi,

I compiled and ran MS's csharphttp example code from a different location.
It worked perfectly. However, when I tried it from home (on my laptop), it
time's out. I'm using http://www.microsoft.com as the URL - time out occurs
with any other URL too. The reason I'm trying this is because my PDA app's
downloading capability just suddenly stopped. I did recently change my WAP
from an SMC to a Linksys so it could be that, but what? i.e. why are my IE
and FF browsers working fine, but csharphttp and my Pocket PC app fail?

BTW: If I go to Tools, Options, etc. I do not have a proxy setup.

Any help is much appreciated.
