CSC Problem - Reaching Files after dejoining a Domain

Good Morning.

I've a serious Problem here. A User on the other side of the globe
kicked his laptop out of our company domain. Now, he has lost access
to his Offline Files.

Is there any easy way of accessing these Files with any other Program?

He has Lokal Administrator Privileges, but is otherwise unable to get
those files in a clear form.

The files are in the Windows\CSC folder but they are rename to
filenames like 00000002222111 etc...

There is also a tool name csccmd in 2003 resource kit that might help
you out...
