CSC folder excessively large

I have a problem with the CSC folder on my computer taking up way too
much space. I only have a 40gb system drive and CSC is taking up over
33 gigabytes! I do have folder redirection enabled so the system does
store offline files, however offline folder settings limits it to
1.9GB. Why the CSC folder is over 33GB, I don't know. I tried to delete
the offline files in the offline files tab of folder options but that
didn't clear the CSC folder. It's still over 30GB.

Any thoughts on why it's so large and the best way to clear it?

You know I have the exact same thing going on on my pc. over 342 Gig in the
CSC and I have been searching all over trying to find someone to say it is ok
to delete as long as you don't need the offline files. Have you learned
anything elsewhere?
