cs problems... shud I install cat 3.1?

Hi,
Like every1 I have the esc delay problem with CS and somtimes my whole pc
crashes even
I heard many ppl say 3.1 for cs is fine so I might install that...
but what are the biggest problems in other games that I can expect with
3.1(that r fixed in 3.5)
I have a radeon 9500 softmoded to pro (btw is there s softmod for the 3.1?)

Have you tried typing "quit" from console or binding a key to "quit". CS
will shut down without confirmation, usually very promptly.

lol I dont wanna quit I wanna be able to alt tab...

The catalyst 3.2 and 3.3 are even unable to go in the menu when you're in
the game (press escape u'll see ), with the catalyst 3.4 you can do escape
and it'll work, so to be able to alt-tab, you need to go in menu (press
escape) then from there press alt+tab. That's the only way to make it work.

Oh and also, Catalyst 3.1 were working but newest have bugs fixed and things
and also I don't know for your 9500 soft mod to 9500 pro.

BTW, is there a way to get a higher performance from a 9600 pro? (mod it to
a 9700 non-pro?!) lol
