Crystal Issue

Sorry, didn't know another active group to post this to.

I need to make a crystal report. My data looks like:

Date Field1 Field2 FieldX

The Report needs to look like
Blank FirstDate SecondDate XDate
Field1
Field2
Field3

How do I go about doing this type of report? Any info in the right
direction will be met with great praise.
