Anyone know how to remove this link from system. Is this a virus or what?
I've tried to delete it and it won't do it. Any suggestions will be greatly

It's a system file. It's needed by the operating system and, as such,
protected by Windows file protection. If you suspect your current copy of
the file is corrupted or the infected, delete the copy of the file in the
\Windows\dllcache\ folder first. Then delete the one in the
Windows\System32\ folder. Be sure to replace the file with a fresh copy.
Wouldn't hurt to put a copy in each of the folders mentioned above.
