cross-reference type in wrong language

Hi!

I wrote a long WORD 2007 document with a lot of cross-references
included and wanted to give it to a friend of mine. Now opening the
same document on her computer, she cannot add additional cross-
references to the document. The reason is the following. My cross-
reference types are in English (Numbered item, Heading, Figure, etc.).
On her computer some are in English and others are in German. For
example instead of the type "Figure" she got only "Abbildung" (g. for
Figure). As a matter of fact if she wants to insert a cross-reference
to a figure, she gets an empty list because the figure captions use
{SEQ Figure \*ARABIC} and not {SEQ Abbildung \*ARABIC}. Is there a way
she can add additional cross-reference types to the list?

Kind regards,
David

Ask your friend to add the appropriate caption label by clicking the New
Label button in the Caption dialog box. For example, to see "Figure" in the
Cross-reference dialog, she would have to add a label named "Figure".
