Cropping Problem

Hi All,

Got a client with a problem I can't seem to figure out. He imports images
into PowerPoint 2007 but it seems to be automatically cropping the images for
him. It's keeping the middle 1/3 or so of the image and removing the rest.
Any idea what could be causing this? Apparently, the problem never existed in
Powerpoint 2003.

Thanks for any advice.
 
How is he inserting images? Into a content placeholder, an image placeholder
or into a blank slide? Cropping can occur with image placeholders and is "by
design".
