Critical Update KB828741 - Panelbuilder Sw

I have a PC w/ win 2k Pro sp 4. When I install Critical
Update KB828741 it breaks my Allen Bradley sw Panel
Builder 1400e. On their site it says that another
Microsoft update KB840999 is available to correct this
problem. Any ideas of where I can get this update? Or work
arounds for this update, other than the disabling any
ports. The PC is behind an ISA firewall.
